Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days after order confirmation. Delivery time may vary slightly due to location, weather conditions, or courier service delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery is available on orders above Rs. 4500

  • Orders below Rs. 4500 may include a standard delivery charge, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation

Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after confirmation via phone call or message. Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched.

Order Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us within 6 hours of placing the order through a phone call. Cancellation requests after this time may not be accepted once the order is processed or dispatched.

Advance Payment Policy

If you have not received your previous order, you will be required to pay 10 percent advance payment for your next order. This policy helps us ensure secure and timely order fulfillment.
